The project’s partnership is in itself very experimentative and new. It includes very different types of partners, and it will be a challenged to create a common language among all partners.
This reflects, however, the nature of the project: the work processes will not take place in a classroom, but in real life and in the communities.
Building capacity among hard-to-reach-adults is not regarded a “public” or “educational” responsibility, but a mission that very different community players should join and contribute to.
This is why the partnership looks different from almost all other projects.
There are basically 3 partner roles in the project:
- Practice partners will work with the adults
- Knowledge partners will monitor, describe and document the work processes and create knowledge from them
- Special inspiration partners offering gamification or entrepreneurial inspiration, whenever needed and relevant.
It should be made clear that all partners are invited to be “practice partners” in any way possible, also if they primary role is a different one.
